Greg Haglin’s proven track record in business spans four decades. Greg developed, owned and operated a top-ranked, regional construction and development company. A testament to his quest for excellence, his company was granted a National award for Best in Industry by the Associated Builders and Contractors. His talent and success in business lead to being hired by NJPA (now DBA Sourcewell). During Greg’s four year employment with Sourcewell as a contract manager, fleet-related contract sales increased from 1 million to 57 million. In cooperation with Sourcewell, Greg elected to resign as a contract manager, form Government Solutions Team, LLC, and take on an independent role. His independent role allows him to serve the awarded vendor community and meet the training needs of the vendor community in a way that Sourcewell, as a government agency, is not legislatively designed to meet. This role also allows him to be a third-party neutral who can effectively join with sales teams to better promote Sourcewell’s contract purchasing solution, expediting and successfully closing government sales. Greg is also a respected resource and integral part of the public fleet community, bringing technology and equipment solutions to the fleet industry and the municipalities they serve, positioning him as a valued conduit between vendors and public works professionals.
Roseanne Haglin provides Government Solutions Team, LLC experience in sales, marketing, and training development. During her 25 year career as an EA Professional, she had the privilege of serving many municipalities, counties, utilities, school districts, and private corporations. Her roles included counseling, marketing and selling EA Programs, developing and delivering training, policy and procedure development, and management consultations. While serving the private sector, she developed and provided training for major corporations including Alcoa, Inc., Mid-American Energy, Ralston Purina, Oscar Mayer, HON Industries, CIGNA, and the US Army.
As a business partner, Roseanne currently serves as the Director of Operations and Dealer Support Specialist for the home office of GST, managing daily operations and providing the team with continuity as Greg travels. She assists in conceptualizing and illustrating GST sales training, coordinates training opportunities with the Territory/Regional Sales Managers and dealerships, manages the Fleet Specialist Team’s deployment and travel logistics, and provides sales support to the dealer networks of our client contracts.
Patti Lardie’s addition to the GST Team brings over four decades of experience in the delivery of “value” to the independent agricultural dealer network. Beginning her career with the International Harvester Company, responsibilities touched dealer parts departments, corporate parts and wholegoods marketing, wholegoods sales, dealer management training, international distributors, OEM sales, national account management and North American government contracting and marketing. Building on her career path with International Harvester, Patti continued on a journey that added a wealth of knowledge from experiences with the Wisconsin Farm Equipment Association, Dealer Parts Network, Deere and Co., Woods Equipment Company and full circle back to Case IH.
As the GST AG Training Specialist, Patti is positioned to continue to drive dealer engagement with awarded Sourcewell contracts to grow their government sales. Her association and international experience also provide added insight into the expansion of Sourcewell contracts by Canadian Rural and Urban Associations. This, in turn, provides growing opportunities for the Canadian agricultural dealer networks. A respected resource in OEM, dealer and government agencies circles, Patti is uniquely positioned to make things happen.
